8th from 11AM to 2PM. We have many new software features and products
(new NPR, SCU, 527) that we will be presenting. We will also have the
new Square D lighting control system on display. We see a few of our competitors
hold the occasional get together, but who else can say they have held
this type of instructional meeting for over 15 years!

that allowed the district to evaluate the companies’ capabilities,
past performance and price. We look forward to working with the Jordan
School District on providing their CCTV needs for many years.

exchanger controls, and radiant heater modifications. This facility will
require that special care is taken while installing the system as not
to damage or disrupt the historically significant interior.
December 2005
Utah Controls held our Christmas party at the E Center
this year. It was a great night that included dinner, a drawing for a
motorcycle (that Jeff Keller won) and other great prizes. We also had
a special visit from Governor Huntsman. After our party we went into the
arena and watched the BooKoo Arenacross. Gray Davenport, one of our recent
employees, was able to qualify for the main event and did very well.
November 2005
Utah Controls has been awarded a contract to replace the control system
at the WestPoint Elementary School for the Davis School District.
The existing control system was a prototype LON network that the original

old. Utah Controls will install TAC’s INET system that will network
with over 80 schools through-out the district.

System. The bidding process on this project was so close that
Capitol Electric (the electrical contractor) had to make their decision
on whom to award the contract to based on the companies experience and
capabilities. We would like to thank Capitol Electric for choosing Utah
Controls. This system will include access control, CCTV camera system
and a PLC locking control system.
